About EAA:

EAA (Elite Athletic Academy), is an organization based out of Paducah, Kentucky that is dedicated to establishing and enhancing athlete's skills in what is the fastest growing sport in the United States; Youth Volleyball.  EAA is a family owned business established in 2016 with the motivation to grow the sport, region-wide.  EAA's owners, Michael & Sarah Tapscott want to inspire athletes in a competitive and structured environment, utilizing the same family values that they raise their three children with: hard work, integrity, and respect.

Our Mission 

Here at EAA we are committed to ensuring that every athlete has a positive experience that fuels their love of volleyball and competition.  While we do provide our athletes with the highest caliber of volleyball training, it is equally important to us that the athletes learn life lessons that will stay with them long after their volleyball careers come to an end .
